- Business Innovation Stream (Provisional) Visa
This visa option is for those successful businesspeople who would want to establish or invest in a business in Australia. There are different criteria depending if you will go under Business Innovation Stream, Investor Stream or Significant Investor Stream. In most cases, you have to be under 55 years old to be able to get this type of visa.
- Global Talent Visa
It is a newly introduced and a streamlined visa pathway for those who are highly skilled professionals. Australia has introduced this visa category to attract global talent to support the nation’s economy. Let alone for the fiscal year 2021-2022, Australia has allocated 15,000 places under this program. This visa has no age limit, but, if you are aged below 18 or above 55, you will need to highlight being an exceptional benefit to the economy.
- Parent visa
This is a visa option if you have children who are either citizens or permanent residents in Australia. Being an “aged parent”, you have to be old enough to be able to receive Australia age pension. One category requires a balance of family test where 50% of your children must be citizen or permanent resident in Australia. The other category under this visa program requires have an approved Parent Sponsor to apply for this visa.
